2. Collection and processing of data
When you visit this website, no cookies are set and no personal data is collected unless you actively join the waitlist.
3. Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, your answer about what you are building, and an optional free-text field. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The sole purpose is to contact you about early access to ShopDojo. The data is stored with Supabase and is not shared with third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@harwayexperience.com; your data will then be deleted.
4. Web analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a cookie-less audience measurement without cross-device tracking. No personal profiles are created and no IP addresses are stored.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access the site, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time of access) to deliver the content (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact info@harwayexperience.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
